Ordering from Belgium · delivered in New York

Send gift baskets to New York from Belgium

You order from Belgium; the person you're sending to is in New York. The basket is prepared by the store's New York team and brought to their door by local drivers — the same day only across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens when the order is in by 11 a.m. Eastern — 5 p.m. CEST where you are. You pay in US dollars; nothing crosses a border, so there are no customs or import fees.

Who pays, who receives

Nothing about a Belgium order is unusual to the store; its checkout simply separates the buyer from the recipient, and reads the delivery day and the tax off the recipient's address.

Billing — the purchaser

Card name, then street address, postcode and city, with Belgium as the country and your postcode / code postal where a ZIP would go — the form takes it. Your details stay between you and the store; the recipient sees the card and, if you sign it, your name, nothing else.

Who receives

Their New York address in full — building number, street, apartment or suite — plus the five-digit ZIP code (for example 10001 or 11201) and the United States as the country. The ZIP is what the checker below and the checkout both read for the delivery day; add a phone number the driver can call.

The cut-off in Belgium's time

To be delivered today the order has to be in by 11 a.m. Eastern — on a Belgium clock, 5 p.m. CEST. You choose the recipient's New York date, not your own. Same-day covers Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens (11 a.m. Eastern, seven days a week, by 5 p.m. to businesses and 9 p.m. to homes); the Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester and the rest of New York State are next business day by courier when the order is in by 2 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday. Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more per address in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens; otherwise $19.99; courier shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

Valid for September 17, 2026; when either side moves its clocks the figures shift by an hour. No deliveries: Thanksgiving, Thu Nov 26; Christmas Day; New Year's Day.

Working out today's cut-off in your time zone…

When can it arrive?

Enter the recipient's New York ZIP code — the answer comes from the same delivery service the checkout uses.

Same-day only across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens when ordered by 11 a.m. Eastern; next business day by courier elsewhere in New York State.

One currency at checkout: USD

USD at checkout

No currency menu: the store prices in US dollars and charges in US dollars. The amount includes New York's sales tax, worked out on the recipient's address, plus delivery where it applies; converting that to euros (EUR) is done by your card issuer at its own rate.

Paying by card

Marks on the store: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay and Google Pay. A card from Belgium goes through against your own billing address. Banks occasionally pause a first US transaction to check with you — nothing to do with the store.

The recipient pays nothing

No duty, no customs, no import fee: the gift never crosses a border. It is assembled and handed over inside the United States.

A greeting card, free

On each product page, Add a Greeting Card takes your message word for word. Omit your name if you'd rather the sender stayed a mystery.

Filling in the form from abroad

The store, its checkout and its support run in English; in Belgium people speak Dutch, French and German.

Card text

The card reproduces whatever you type, in any Latin-alphabet language.

Your name and address

As they appear on your card statement, in Latin letters — street address, postcode and city. Your phone number with the country code.

The New York side

Name as known at the address, street and ZIP in Latin letters, a local phone the driver can call. Add the company and floor for an office, or the ward and room for a hospital.

What New York receives most

The Belgian history is thin, so the ranking is the store's: New York's most-received gifts over the available history (the end of 2022 to today). Each one is on sale today, priced in US dollars.

Shop by kind of gift

After you order

Following the order

Look it up with your order email plus the recipient's ZIP code — the store's tracker keys on the delivery ZIP, not on your postcode / code postal. Very recent orders appear after a short delay.

Talk to someone

Email, phone or live chat, 9 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern — 3 p.m.–2 a.m. CEST the next day where you are — seven days; in the run-up to major holidays the hours extend.

Sending a bottle: 21+

Alcohol requires a recipient aged 21+ with photo ID and is not left at the door. Gifts without a bottle can be left with a doorman, front desk or mailroom, or in a safe place; you're notified once it's done.

Before you order from Belgium

Will my recipient be charged duty or a delivery fee?

No. The gift is prepared and delivered inside the United States; there is no customs or import fee. Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more per address in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens; any charge is shown to you at checkout, never to them.

Are gifts with alcohol allowed?

Yes, to a recipient who is 21+. Someone 21 or older must be there to receive it and may be asked for photo ID (government-issued).

Will a Belgium bank card be accepted?

Yes — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay and Google Pay are the marks shown on the store. The charge is in US dollars; your bank converts it to euros at its own rate.

How much is that in EUR?

The USD total — the gift, New York's sales tax for the recipient's address and any delivery charge — is shown before you pay. Your bank sets the EUR amount at its own rate; the store shows prices in USD only.

Is the delivery date my date or New York's?

The date the gift should arrive at the recipient's address, on New York's calendar. If it's already past 11 a.m. in New York, the earliest date offered is tomorrow.

What does the recipient find out about me?

Only what you choose: The recipient sees the gift, the card and, if you signed it, your name. The price, your address and your payment details are never shown.
