Every basket is put together individually, so exact items depend on what's available. If something must be swapped, the team picks a replacement that keeps the theme, the purpose and the value of the gift.
Delivery Information
- Same-day delivery applies only to eligible addresses in New York City's five boroughs and northern New Jersey, for orders placed by 11 a.m. ET.
- The builder's calendar shows the dates available; choose one there.
- A full delivery address and a reachable telephone number are needed.
- A delivery to a hospital depends on access, the department's procedures and whether the recipient has been discharged.
- Let us know quickly if the recipient has left the hospital, so we can redirect the delivery.
- Add apartment numbers, concierge details, buzzer codes and any access instructions.
- You'll get a delivery confirmation where the delivery method allows it.
Alcohol Add-ons & Delivery Requirements
Alcohol appears only when you pick it as an add-on and where delivery is permitted. The recipient must be of legal drinking age and government-issued ID may be required.
