I sent this to my cousin after she had surgery. The contents were fine, and she appreciated the kosher option. However, she mentioned that the items were just sort of thrown into the basket. It didn't look as nicely arranged as it did in the pictures. A bit more attention to the presentation would have made a big difference. Still, I understand it happens.
